マルウエアを検知したときの動作を設定します。
初期値はRecommended actionsになっています。

「Recommended actions」をクリックして表示されるメニューで既定の動作を変更できます。

How to scan?
Scan for malware that is attached to other files (Binder)
正規のアプリケーション等に添付されて提供され、不正な動作をするマルウエアについてスキャンします。
Scan inside archives and setup files (ZIP, RAR, CAB, ...)
各種圧縮ファイル内をスキャンします。（LZHファイルは対象外のようです。）
Use heuristic analysis to detect unknown malware
未知のマルウエアに対しヒューリスティクリックスキャンを実行します。
Scan inside compressed executables (UPX, petite, FSG, ...)
UPX等圧縮されたままで実行可能なファイルについてスキャンします。
